Aehr Test Systems (AEHR) said Q3 ended Feb 28 sales soared 176% to $7.4 million from the year-ago period and topped the CapIQ mean for $7.1 million.
It swung to a non-GAAP profit of $0.02 per share from a loss of $0.14 last year and topped expectations for breakeven.
GAAP EPS were a penny, up from a loss of $0.16 last year.
It said it had more than $22 million in revenue for the first nine months and a quarter-end backlog of $12.6 million and maintains its revenue guidance for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2018 of full year total revenue growth of at least 50% over fiscal 2017. It also said it continues to expect to be profitable for the year.
